End User License Agreement (EULA) for AIPsy

1. Introduction

1.1 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Duppo Limited ("Company"), the owner and operator of the Rate TV mobile application ("App").

1.2 By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

2.1 The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

3.1 You shall not:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.

Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice of the Company or its licensors.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 The App is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. The App is licensed, not sold, to you by the Company for use strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

5. Your Content

5.1 The App may allow you to create, upload, store, and share content. You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you share.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 Your use of the App is also governed by the Company's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

7. Modifications to the App

7.1 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

8. Term and Termination

8.1 This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or the Company.

8.2 The Company may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with immediate effect.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1 The App is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

12. Governing Law

12.1 This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State/Country where the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
